Dr. Kristen M. Roberts is a Professor at The Ohio State University with joint appointments in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition and the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 20 years of clinical experience in gastrointestinal disorders, nutrition support, and the assessment and management of micronutrient deficiencies across complex patient populations. Her research focuses on malnutrition prevention, dietary patterns, and nutrition-related outcomes in pancreatic diseases. Dr. Roberts is a Fellow of both the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN), and serves on the ASPEN Board of Directors.
