Measuring adherence to Canada's Food Guide 2019 (CFG) recommendations presents several challenges. Join us on Monday May 29th as Dr. Didier Brassard takes us through his PhD dissertation outlining some of these challenges and illustrating the feasibility to measure adherence to CFG recommendations and highlighting the value of web-based instruments.
- Identify challenges in measuring population-level adherence to Canada's Food Guide and dietary intakes;
- Learn about the development, evaluation, and application of the Healthy Eating Food Index-2019;
- Learn about the potential of web-based dietary assessment instruments to mitigate the limitations of traditional dietary assessment instruments.
Moderator: Benoît Lamarche, PhD - Université Laval
