Canadian Nutrient File (CNF) 2026 now available
The CNF is Health Canada’s bilingual food composition database providing nutrient values for foods commonly consumed in Canada. The CNF 2026 is available as downloadable, Excel compatible CSV relational files through the Open Government Portal.
