Celiac disease (CeD) is an autoimmune genetic condition primarily affecting the small bowel, and precipitated by exposure to dietary gluten. The only available treatment for CeD is to adhere to a life-long strict gluten-free diet (GFD). Although GFD is crucial for disease control, it has been associated with nutritional deficiencies. This webinar will provide the evidence on the most common nutritional deficiencies in CeD and other gluten related disorders.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

In this session, attendees will learn:

Differences in recommendation of gluten free diet for patients with celiac and gluten sensitivity
