Webinar description:  This webinar will explore the fundamentals of metabolomics in nutrition research. Through examples, we will discuss how metabolomics can be used to identify biomarkers of dietary intake and support the development of precision nutrition approaches

About the Speaker:   

Jean-Philippe Drouin-Chartier is a registered dietitian, associate professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, researcher at the Nutrition, Health, and Society (NUTRISS) Research Center, and Director of the Food and Health Research Theme at the Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods (INAF) at Laval University. His research focuses on the relationship between diet and medication use in cardiometabolic health.
