Join the Registry
All Home TPN programs in Canada that are providing care to adult clients are welcome to join the Home TPN Registry.
We are also planning to include pediatric programs, however at this point in time this part of the registry has not been rolled out yet. Please check back in the future.
If your center wants to join the registry, please contact the main study coordinator, Katherine Schwenger to start the registration process.
You will first need to sign an agreement with the Home TPN Registry. Then you will receive the protocol and a consent form for submission to your local research ethics committee. Once the study has been approved at your center, you will receive access to the electronic patient registry and you can start collecting data.
To collect data, you will be asked to fill out a data collection form for each patient every 2 years.
