About Us

CNS Food for Health Foundation Now Active!

The Board of Directors of the Canadian Nutrition Society Food for Health Foundation are pleased to announce that the Foundation has been registered as a charitable organization by the Canada Revenue Agency, and was officially launched at the CNS-SCN Annual Conference in St. John’s, NL, on June 7, 2014.

The Canadian Nutrition Society Food for Health Foundation has been incorporated as a Foundation to promote research in the science and practice of nutrition, and to disseminate sound information about nutrition to those in the field, policy makers and the public.

The Foundation was founded to advance education in nutrition and promote the health of Canadians through an emphasis on nutrition.  We look forward to working with stakeholders to achieve our aims, and are seeking your support.  To learn more about us, please check our FAQ; to donate, please click here.
