La nutrition pour la santé
Tenu conjointement avec le Congrès annuel de la SCN, cet atelier réunit des représentants de tous les domaines de la nutrition : producteurs, fabricants, transformateurs, scientifiques en recherche alimentaire, représentants du milieu universitaire, représentants du gouvernement, professionnels de la santé et consommateurs. Cet atelier est un cadre de discussion sur des questions courantes et de recherche de façons de collaborer pour réaliser notre objectif commun d’améliorer la santé des Canadiens grâce à la nutrition et à l’alimentation.
L’Atelier Nutrition et santé de la SCN résulte d’un partenariat entre la Société canadienne de nutrition (SCN) et "The Institute for the Advancement of Food and Nutrition Sciences" (IAFNS).
