Recently, INMD partnered with the Journal of Applied of Physiology, Nutrition and Metabolism (APNM) to put together a Special Collection.This Collection highlights some of the research that was funded through strategic investments made by CIHR-INMD in Food and Health under the leadership of INMD’s previous Scientific Director, Dr. Philip Sherman.
